By completing this Engineer Request Form to the MGS service desk, we understand that we will be subject to the following charges and conditions; E&OE.

1. Call out charge of £195.00 to include first hour of labour.
2. Engineer labour rates are charged at £90 per hour on-site, charged to the rounded-up completed half-hour. Telephone Support charged at £45.00 30 minutes or part thereof.
3. Day Rate £650.00 + vat
4. All prices quoted exclude VAT at the current rate (20%)
5. Payment for chargeable visits will be by cheque made out to Marlowe Graphic Services Ltd. (to be collected by the engineer whilst on-site) or by credit card. If parts need to be ordered with a value greater than £1,000 then a deposit of £500 will be required.
6. The work carried out is guaranteed for 3 months.
7. Any parts fitted are the property of MGS and can be reclaimed until cleared funds are received in full.
8. Your call will be placed for the next available engineer to visit you. However, if a contract customer call comes in, we reserve the right to redirect the engineer to the contract call first. You will not lose your place in the non-contract queue.

By completing the following, I/we accept the above charges, conditions and payment terms and will ensure that payment will be available when the engineer visits, otherwise no work will be undertaken.
